We are close to the airport, Salt Lake City, Ogden, parks, great views, mountains and more. We're near Lagoon Amusement Park, a two minute walk to the free shuttle, ten minute walk to the park entrance. Four blocks east for fun hikes with superb views. Ride a mountain bike and tour Farmington or ride the bench on fun dirt trails. We're a couple of minutes off the freeway in the quiet, older part of Farmington. Perfect for large groups or family reunions. Great for a couple on a romantic getaway. Our home is spread out. The neighborhood Our home really is in the older part of Farmington. It was built in 1948 and was originally a doctor's office and residence that was converted in to 100% residence in the 1990s. I office in two of the back rooms (off limits to guests) but the rest of the home is yours to enjoy. Our neighbors are wonderful, quiet people and the cul-de-sac we are on the corner of has very little traffic. We do get a normal amount of traffic during the days, but after 5PM our street is as quiet as a mouse. Getting around There is plenty of parking next to our house to the south and we're within walking distance of the major bus lines, minutes away from the Frontrunner train station, seconds away from the major freeways, and one block away from a gas/convenience store. Station Park, a local shopping destination, is two miles west and has stores like Apple and Nordstrom and great dining with local flavors, and also franchises like Chick-Fil-A and Habit Burger.

Families with kids love our huge backyard! Private and relaxing, it includes a patio with a table and chairs, a basketball standard, tree swings in the walnut tree, a chimenea, and room to just run around. Guests will self check in when we are unable to meet you for initial entry, and enjoy privacy during their stay at the apartment. We live nearby and will be available to guests as needed. We enjoy meeting new people, sharing our art and Tai Chi, and we honor guest privacy. The Bamberger apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of North Salt Lake. The hotel is surrounded by Hatch Park and beautiful gardens and fruit trees on the property. Hatch park, located across the street, has tennis courts, field track and a playground. Within a few minutes drive, you can reach the Legacy Highway trial where you can bike or run for miles along gorgeous landscapes. The neighborhood has a great place for breakfast located only a few blocks away, grocery markets and many well-liked restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive to Bountiful and Salt Lake City. Major buslines are located only one block from the apartment, and there is easy access to the highway from the apartment. Downtown Salt Lake City is only a 10-minute drive and you can arrive in Bountiful within 5 minutes. The airport is conveniently located only 15 minutes away.

Three bedroom, two bath main floor house on the East Bountiful bench. Easy freeway access. Beautiful view. Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and full bath with shower. Room 2 has a double bed and a bunk bed twin over double bed. Room 3 has a double bed. Extra bath includes a tub. House also includes a living room with TV and piano, dining room and full kitchen with breakfast nook. There is also a balcony. WiFi included. Plenty of parking available.

The entire basement level of our home has been recently renovated and we are excited to share it with you! We are in a quiet location that is 20 minutes from SLC airport, 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake, and 2 minutes from the Bountiful LDS Temple. There are plenty of places to hike within a 5-minute drive, and Lagoon Amusement park is 15-20 minutes away. This community is close to everything but has a very comfortable small area feel. With 3,700 square feet, there is room to spread out. The bedrooms are big with lots of closet space. The air hockey table is always a big hit with the kids and adults. We provide some lawn games and board games and children’s books for your use. The full kitchen is large and should have everything you need for your stay, including complimentary coffee. Bathrooms are also fully stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. We also have a washer and dryer with supplies for you to use as well. There is so much space in the bedrooms for extra people if you wanted to bring your own air mattress and bedding. Grocery shopping is within five minutes away. Our local Smith's grocery store also sells clothing and other necessary items. Costco is within ten minutes away. Bountiful has some really great restaurants that are close. Our favorite is Mandarin Restaurant, it is Chinese food with a Greek flare. They use fresh local vegetable when they are available. Fat Fish has great sushi and Pho options. Joy Luck is favorite for Chinese. Robintino's is popular for Italian food. Many other options are very close at hand. Mueller Park is very close for those that like to hike. The trails abound in the mountains that are in our just a few hundred feet away. A popular hike is Elephant Rock, but just inside the gates at Mueller there are other hikes as well. Bountiful has a Recreation Center (South Davis Recreation Center) that has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ice skating rink, pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, weight sets and a walking loop. During the summer, the city also holds concerts and other fun events in the park next to the Rec Center on the weekends. The chalk art festival is also something that you will want to see if you are in town during those times. Utah is great at celebrating the 4th of July with great fireworks shows and the 24th of July also has a spectacular firework celebration. This space is a basement space. It is accessed through the backyard. It is completely separate from the upstairs and there is no interaction with my husband and I unless you need something from us. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway and the driveway extension and on the streets. However, the City of Bountiful does not allow street parking from November to April due to snow removal hazards. We look forward to having you stay with us!

Close to both the Hwy 89 and I-15, markets, the front runner and restaurants all within 10-20 walking distance. 20min drive to Salt Lake City and 12 minutes to Ogden. Ideally located close to both Lagoon Amusement Park and Cherry Hill. Snow Basin is the closest ski resort being a short 17 minute drive. We have multiple golf courses within just a couple miles. Davis County is amazing for being perfectly located close but not TOO close to anything and everything. Large space with a warm cozy feel. All the amenities of home with out all the stress.
